A VISION FOR A MORE ACTIVE WORLD

The WHO's new global physical activity promotion action plan for 2018-2030 responds to country requests for updated guidance and a framework for effective and feasible policy actions to increase physical activity at all levels. The plan sets out four objectives and recommends 20 policy actions that are universally applicable to all countries and address the multiple cultural, environmental and individual determinants of inactivity.

    Encourage the practice of physical activity in schools, workplaces, at home and in the community, regardless of education or social class, aiming at a healthy lifestyle of Cape Verdeans throughout life.
