WHAT DO WE WANT?

IMMEDIATE ACTIONS

  • Conclude the process of building the Implementation Support Unit of the Healthy Cities of Cape Verde UAICS Network and formalising the establishment of the CABO-VERDIANA HEALTHY CITIZENS NETWORK, with monitoring and technical support from WHO.
  • To promote the project of creation of the Healthy Cities and Municipalities of the CPLP, with the accompaniment and technical support of the WHO.
  • Promote technical capacity building of local leaders (CAPACITAR Programme and Healthy Cities Promotion Guide for Local Authorities).
  • To continue the process of participatory diagnosis, which ensures community involvement in the process of construction and decision-making - with the active participation of citizens, living forces, universities, business associations, among others.
  • Elaborate the Strategic Plan for the Development of Healthy Cities in Cape Verde. HiAP programme (Health in All Policies)
